Date for a ball, anyone?
So, how does one go about finding a date for a ball? I notice that the Singapore Students Association of Victoria (SSAV) is having a ball at the Melbourne Aquarium on 15/09 - see random people from RMIT, Melbourne Uni, and Monash Uni! Or Monash University Malaysian Students Union (MUMSU) is having a ball on 24/09, at Albert by the Lake (?), with a theme titled “Hats on Vegas”. Any energetic ladies want to join me, and my fedora? I promise to be in a suit, and rather chivalrous.

Mikal is having issues with Apple customer support. Hang in there dude. My iBook developed weird cracks on the screen after about the 9th or 10th day of using it, and I was about to fly away the next morning. After 1.5 hours of annoying the country manager on the phone, I finally got them to repair the iBook with no charge as well as DHL’ing it to my new destination. 1-to-1 replacements only work if the machine is less than a week old, which I found rather silly. But after that long chat, and me sending the iBook in on Friday to the store I purchased it from, I got my iBook in the new country by Tuesday. All it takes is some pain. And yes, I still buy Apple hardware.
