		<description>Highly recommend a strong and long course of probiotics.  Even IV antibiotics can totally wipe out your gut flora.  Don't bother with yogurt unless you make it yourself, most store brands have sweeteners in them that reduce the efficacy of the little probiotics left.  A good supplement has hundreds of millions or billions of organisms, usually multiple strains (l. acidophilous, bifidus, et al), some debate on FOS as being necessary, follow your heart there. :)
