		<description>Just FYI, the no commercial use clause is because third parties are allowed to use Wikipedia content for commercial use.  For example, several hundred websites grab Wikipedia content and place banner ads, and any company can sell a paper encyclopedia of Wikipedia content, if they want to.</description>
