Movies, recently (till february 2008)
Its been a while since my last movie update. This one’s definitely long (a mixture of Tomboy notes, and stuff taken off the E61i).
- The Heartbreak Kid – the word “e-vite” is being used for an “e”-invite. Not bad. All this while sipping a Singapore Sling.
- Feast of Love
- Contract Lover – a Chinese film, thats completely enjoyable, with Fan Bing Bing acting.
- Goya’s Ghost – even Natalie Portman couldn’t save this movie. You will of course, gain a greater disgust for religious nuts.
- The Houseguest & My Mother – a Korean drama, funny. I’m wondering if the movie I saw was made in 1978? I doubt it. There must have been a 2007/2008 remake
- The Nanny Diaries
- Michael Clayton
- Free of Eden
- Collateral
- She’s too young – particularly interesting drama from Hallmark. What are kids up to these days, eh?
- Gone – pity, I don’t even remember it ;)
- Getting played
- Legend of Zorro
- Money talks – nice, funny, show
- X-Men: The last stand
- Vanished
- Kiss kiss, bang bang
- Are we there yet? – funny, a must watch. Kids, a car destroyed, and love
- Cradle of lies
- The stranger beside me
- The triumph (aka The Ron Clark Story)- most inspiring, you’d also never imagine Matthew Perry (Friends fame) acting in such a show
- Love actually – before I forget, I’ve actually seen this show
