Now that Sun is shipping GPLv3 products, hopefully they'll <a href="http://mail.opensolaris.org/pipermail/desktop-discuss/2007-October/011190.html" rel="nofollow">update</a> http://webhome.sfbay/OFR/GPL-LGPLArchRules.html (Sun internal only) which says 'Change "GPLv2 or later" to "GPLv2".' amongst other things.
