surprisingly enough, thursday was more fun than expected. dinner at suchan, and before that a little bit of shopping at bangsar village. landed in passion/poppy, then imran and gen came, and not long after john, carmen and sk2 came. it was also not long after that we headed to thai club. they’ve redone their upstairs. coolness!
penang beckoned for the weekend. crabs, female, eggs, ftw! lots of other good penang food – char kuey teow, laksa, clear laksa, popiah, man the list just goes on. and its all so ridiculously cheap! traders hotel by the shangri la, is definitely a great place to be at – quality. floods in penang naturally, were the suck. 1hr45m to find food, because of flood waters… FAIL.
got myself a speeding ticket, post-refusing to pay a bribe. only clocked in at 137km/h. considered that a fail, as that number could’ve been higher. got to write about my thoughts on this, naturally…
got sick on sunday. sad… watched the f1, which was the highlight of the day.
surprisingly, got better on monday. went for an event (in where i think i met lots of malaysian bloggers), then off to meet with the rest to write the proposals… managed to get a glimpse of sk2 as i drove by to say a quick hi. writing, and hacking was minimal – lacking concentration
today’s tuesday, and i expect my social life to be pretty darn bleak. maybe i’ll get stuff done at night, instead. finishing a moleskine, means i have lots of notes that need to be translated into bits and bytes…
motivation. micromanagement. lots of words starting with “m”. throw in the word proportional there…
