I'm totally outraged that I have to jump through hoops to listen to free podcasts on my iphone. Why is Apple arbitrarily crippling the iphone for those in less-favored nations!? Podcasts are the reason I bought the iphone in the first place.

I created an US itunes store address on my mac itunes. I synced the iphone to it and then I was able to download podcasts.
