Its ice-cream with a gelato like feel that is made from <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Get_27\">Get 27<\/a>. Get 27 is a liquor with mint, created in 1796 but now produced by the Bacardi group. Goes well with a glass of <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chartreuse_(liqueur)\">Chartreuse<\/a> (local to this region).
