I&#8217;ve been supporting the use of <a href=\"http:\/\/creativecommons.org\/\">Creative Commons<\/a> licensing on many of my works since 2004 (probably earlier, but with 2004 I am firm with the <a href=\"http:\/\/training.bytebot.net\/\">bytebot.net training materials<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Today I made sure that this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bytebot.net\/blog\/\">blog<\/a>, is also licensed under the Creative Commons. I&#8217;ve always liked the <a href=\"http:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by-nc-sa\/3.0\/deed.en_US\">Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike<\/a> license which is what is applied here. Its worth noting that my other body of work, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/byte\/\">photographs<\/a> on Flickr have always been licensed under <a href=\"http:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by-nc-nd\/2.0\/\">Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Why something different for photos? I&#8217;d rather you use it as a whole instead of a mashup and if you were mashing it up, ask me for it.
